You can use Adobe Photoshop and Make a new Layer by selecting the base background as fffff. Next you choose a new layer or add an image as a new layer from the options. You can then make some settings by blending in the color of your selected image. Do this by taking the opacity to 20 percent and save that layer. Next you need to again add another layer by selecting a new dark color that you wish to make the HD template of (as a reflecting color). After selecting this color you can change its setting in order to make it brighter and more High Definition. Go to Brightness/ Contrast from the adjustment panel and select layer and new adjustment layer. Next go to Brightness/Contrast and click Ok. Your brightness can be increased and you can increase it to the maximum without disturbing it. You can even add a black layer to it, by reducing its opacity to 30 percent.
This will create your HD wallpaper background.
> Tips
- You can make use of levels and curves in Photoshop since they add brightness in the image.
- If you have over blurred the image, use the history brush to correct the mistake.
- If you have gone wrong with the hue and saturation adjustment while doing the contrast, then use a photo filter with a better tone to improve your situation.
- Since you are working with a lot of layers here, make sure you lock them side by side too.

- Make sure that you don’t over sharpen the image and set the values correctly.
- Do choose to make an adjustment layer and another adjustment layer over it. This way if you do not like some part of the work that you have done, you can simply delete that layer and not much serious amount of work will be affected.
- Do use the burn effect, if you wish to add more color in order to make it more High Definition looking and appealing.
- Don’t make use of extra brushes, if you don’t want an over clumped wallpaper.
- Do make the habit of naming each layer, since it will help you remember what you did at each layer you have been working with.
