Know the Purpose of the List

Make a List of the Criteria

Keeping CCTV cameras
Check the CCTV cameras are working or not. If not then fix it immediately before the inspection takes place.
Adequate Number of Fire Exits
Make sure that the fire exit doors are working properly and the lock is not broken or jammed. If there is any case like this fix it before the inspection.
Storing Renewability of the License
Make sure to renew the license or any certificate you have. If the date is expired you will be responsible for the Inspector. The license ensures the legal procedures are made correctly for the apartment or the building which is being constructed. To determine the legality the license must be renewed every year to be free from the state laws.
Maintaining and Surging The water and Waste Management System
The water and the waste management system should be properly checked. You should check that there is no problem related to the water and waste management system. These are very sensitive issues and can cause a problem if the Inspector finds out.
Escalators and Elevators
Make sure that all the escalators and elevators are functioning. They should be kept under maintenance. This will not make the movement feasible enough but will also develop the construction.
Permission from the Residents
You need to take permission from the residents of that residential area. All the residents should agree to the inspection. The residents should be well aware of all the terms and conditions which must be taken into account by the residents of the building developed and constructed.
